C°Trak is a unique Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) technology for temperature tracking in the food industry. The KSW chip is a semi-disposable temperature data logger that is embedded within a light-weight RFID tag and can be placed on the item to be monitored. When coupled with the C°Trak software, the chip acts as a control module programmed to record temperature, time, and date data. This data is stored within the chip memory for reading either manually or at a predetermined point.
